Welcome to the official Northgate Roleplay Store. Please review the following policy carefully before completing a purchase.

Purchase & Delivery Terms

All purchases made through the Northgate Roleplay Store are processed securely through Tebex, our official payment and distribution platform.

Store packages grant access to the specific in-game features or benefits described on each product page. All purchases are for virtual items, access, or services delivered within the FiveM server environment and have no real-world monetary value.

If your package is not automatically delivered after purchase, please open a Store Support Ticket in our Discord and include proof of purchase so our team can assist you.

Customers must contact store support before initiating any payment dispute.

Digital Goods Notice

All purchases are for digital goods or server access within Northgate Roleplay. These items cannot be exchanged for real-world currency and exist solely within the game server environment.

No Refund Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that:

• You are purchasing a digital package with defined in-game benefits.
• Transactions cannot be reversed once the package has been delivered.
• Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in permanent suspension from Northgate Roleplay and related services.

Server Wipes & Resets

Northgate Roleplay may perform server wipes, resets, restructures, or balance adjustments at any time to maintain stability, fairness, and long-term development.

In the event of a wipe:

• In-game progress, items, currency, or data may be permanently lost.
• Store purchases will not be refunded due to wipes or resets.

VIP & Access-Based Packages

Some store packages grant access to exclusive in-game features or locations.

Important clarifications:

• VIP vehicles, housing, and shop items must be purchased using in-city currency.
• VIP access unlocks purchasing opportunities and defined perks only.
• Packages do not provide in-game currency, direct item grants (unless explicitly stated), or gameplay advantages.
• All benefits remain subject to server rules, balance adjustments, and administrative oversight.

Northgate Roleplay is not a pay-to-win server, and gameplay fairness remains a priority for all players.

No Special Privileges

Store purchases do not grant immunity, exemptions, or special treatment under server rules.

Administrative decisions — including bans, appeals, and disciplinary actions — are never influenced by purchase history.

All players are held to the same community standards.

Authorization Confirmation

By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and have permission from the account holder to complete the transaction.

Unauthorized purchases must be reported immediately to store support.

Policy Changes

Northgate Roleplay reserves the right to modify store packages, benefits, and policies at any time to maintain balance and improve the player experience.

By completing a purchase, you confirm that you:
